Standard Products
Standard WoodenDesign products may be returned in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return.
The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition and packaging. Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Products made specifically to your requested dimensions, finish, color or other personalized specifications are custom-made products. Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or if the product has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us before placing a custom order so that all dimensions, finishes and other specifications can be confirmed in advance.
Damaged During Shipping
Please inspect the parcel and the product at the time of delivery. If the packaging or product is visibly damaged, report the damage to the carrier immediately and follow the carrier’s procedure for documenting the claim.
Please photograph the packaging and damaged product before accepting the parcel whenever possible. Shipping damage should be documented with the carrier at the time of delivery.
Manufacturing Defects
If you discover a manufacturing defect that is not related to shipping damage, please contact WoodenDesign and provide photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned product is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed. Customs duties, import taxes and other charges paid directly to third parties are not refundable by WoodenDesign.
Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send a return without prior confirmation and return instructions from WoodenDesign.
